Shaw Stockbroking
Brief: Refurbish existing office interiors of their two levels, to last a further 7 years on our previous fit out. Create larger spaces to accomodate their clientelle meeting needs, use more of the city views available and increase the level of finishes to impress.
Challenges: Building work carried out in stages as client occupied floors. Budget constraints during global economic decline.
Foveaux St Surry Hills
Brief: Refurbishment of this nine level office building. Upgrading existing tenant spaces including entry lobby and lift interiors, amenities and tea rooms.
Challenges:All building work carried out whilst building wholly occupied. Existing commissioned artwork to all areas of lobby.
Arthouse Restaurant & Bar
Brief: Major installation over 4 levels of bars areas, restaurant, a mezzanine level for new amenities areas.
Challenges:Construction within a Heritage listed building, many restrictions on fixing to original surfaces. Core holes underneath old building, through earth into basement for beer line provisions and other services.
Colonial State Bank
Brief: Fit out new bank outlets into shopping centre’s throughout Sydney.
Challenges: Working within large scale shopping centre’s during their construction. Site installations carried out to strict time frames.
