Shaw Stockbroking

Brief: Design and installation of 1200M2, two level, corporate offices in the city centre. The client required a contemporary, high-impact and spacious interior to create an inspiring work-environment which attracts high caliber people and impresses potential clients. This was achieved by the selection of appropriate finishes and maximising the city views for client meeting areas.

Challenges: As the office was occupied during the construction phase, the project required careful scheduling and management to minimise impact on the client’s business. Tight budget constraints were applied as the project was conducted during global financial crisis.

Foveaux St Surry Hills

Brief: Refurbishment of nine level office building. Upgrade of existing tenant spaces including entry lobby, lift interiors, amenities and tea rooms.

Challenges: All building work was conducted while the building was wholly occupied. The refurbishment also required enhancement of the existing commissioned artwork within the lobby.

Numerous Projects

Scope: Our team has conducted numerous office fit-outs and refurbishment projects of this scale throughout the Sydney region. Our clients range from small business operators to major corporate entities including Telstra Australia and ANZ bank.

For small business operators to large scale corporations like Telstra Australia and ANZ bank.

Challenges: Each project is unique and presents its own challenges. Whatever these may be we endeavour to deliver a quality interior, on-time and within budget, in a safe and efficient manner.

Arthouse Restaurant & Bar

Brief: The Arthouse Hotel building is heritage-listed dating back to 1836 and was formerly home to the School of Arts. As head-contractor our brief was to conduct the installation of three separate bars, The Dome Restaurant, Lounge Bar and an amenities area which spanned four levels.

Challenges: Due to the heritage-listed nature of the building, we were faced with a number of limitations on construction methods including restrictions on fixing to original surfaces.  We were also required to drill core-holes beneath the building into the basement for beer-line provisions and other services.

Various Projects

Scope: We have successfully delivered many hospitality projects of this scale for clients ranging from small café operators to large hotel chains.

Challenges:Hospitality projects demand a highly creative design acumen coupled with practical knowledge to create a space that appeals to the target market yet functions effectively.  Construction of hospitality interiors requires the coordination of multiple trades within what are often difficult working spaces.  An experienced team is the key to our success.

Retail Interiors

Scope: Our experience in retail ranges from small shop fit-outs to large-scale projects at Sydney international airport and major banking outlets.

Challenges: Working within larger developments during major construction where health and safety performance is of paramount importance and the project must be delivered to tight deadlines.
